100% DESIGNED AND CRAFTED LOCALLY

One of the premises of developing a product for a local brand was to make a product that could be produced, to the greatest extent possible, locally. Developed and designed toghether with local suppliers and workshops, most of the kitchen’s components are produced by Uruguayan hands. Cabinets, handles, countertops, structures and interior accessories are manufactured in local workshops using top quality imported and certified raw material.

KUK represents an unprecedented event for the kitchen furniture industry in Uruguay, and introduces into the market the first systemized product, designed and produced entirely in the country. Two recent recognitions, a Silver Award in the New York Design Awards (2022) and an award in the European Product Design Awards (2022), give proof of the quality, relevance and universality of the product.

Noble materials are selected seeking durability and their recyclable qualities. All wooden derived materials are PEFC or FSC certified; finishes are water based, ensuring low VOCs emissions. We process them with techniques that combine technology and artisan processes, to obtain a product with an exceptional finish, bringing into the product the best of both worlds.
